Evolution Physiotherapy clinic is located in the West Edmonton area. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven, multi-tasking senior administrative assistant for our clinic.
What is expected of senior administrative assistant position:
· Multiline phone, fax, email.
· Work with community professionals including lawyers, doctors, adjusters, case managers.
· Direct bill, invoice, apply payments.
· Patient intake, documentations, insurance, reporting.
· Accurate tracking of inventory, payments, expenses, report due dates.
· Housekeeping: cleaning clinic, laundry, sanitization.
· Punctuality, key holder, excellent customer service.
· Empathy, sincere, positive.
· Highly organized, professional.
· Neat and tidy appearance.
· Proactive and self-starter - works well without direction.
· Holds team accountable to policies and procedures.
· Provides the team with updates and communications.
· Must be able to type fast.
· Quick learner
· Must have reliable transportation and schedule.
· Keeping up to date one WCB and MVA processes.
· Assist with aiding when needed.
· Maintain a full and balanced clinic schedule.
· Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.
· Manage and supervise clinic staff, including physio assistant and administrative personnel.
· Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
· Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
· Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
· Manage clinic budget, including monitoring expenses and revenue generation.
· Collaborate with team members and other healthcare professionals to optimize clinic operations.
