Dr. Kathy Smolewska, C.Psych. & Associates is a multi-disciplinary clinic that provides assessment and treatment services to individuals living in Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph and surrounding areas. Although the primary focus of our clinic is providing psychological and neuropsychological assessments across the lifespan, we provide treatment services as well.
We are currently looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our practice who works with children, adolescents, and adults. The majority of our clients are self- or family-referrals for issues related to sensory processing, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disability, executive functioning challenges, anxiety, depression, and other neurodevelopmental/neurological conditions. Treatment referrals vary and would be matched to the Clinician's experience and interests. We see children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, but the greatest demand for treatment services is for in-person services for children and teens.
The schedule is flexible but we are looking for someone who can eventually commit at least 8 hours per week and possibly build on that. Most sessions will be IN-PERSON but some clients may want virtual. Applicants must live in Ontario and be registered with the COTO.
