Job Title: IT Technician
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide technical support to end-users
- Set up user accounts and manage access control
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrades
- Conduct training sessions for employees on IT-related topics
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software systems, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus
