FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
DESCRIPTION
· Installations OR inspections of Water Alarm systems
· Customer training (residential or commercial) on products installed
· VIP customer service to be offered to all customers
· Evaluation, diagnostic and identification of any issues needing repairs
· Installation and inspection reports, for each job
· Ability to be autonomous and work with colleagues on small or large scale jobs
· Follow company rules and regulations related to safety and security
CRITERIA
· Experience working with the public and providing 5 star customer service
· Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
· Valid driver licence
· Knowledge of electronics / telecommunications is an asset OR equivalent experience
· Field service experience and installing alarm type products is an asset
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
