Key Responsibilities

Event planning and management, including social, and cultural events
Social media planning and post writing, especially regarding event promotion
Shopping for materials, groceries, or any other materials needed for events
Ability to Travel to Vermilion

Job Requirements

Minimum of two years of post-secondary education, although a bachelor's degree is preferred
Must have two years of experience working in event planning and management

Keys to Your Success

General awareness and knowledge of Indigenous culture
Marketing skills, including social media, and poster advertising
Ability to follow professional guidelines and standards

Additional Information

This is a Casual AUPE appointment in Indigenous Support Services on the Lloydminster campus commencing as soon as possible and ending June 30, 2024.
