The School of Health and Human Service at Keyano College has an opening for a Social Work Instructor in the Social Work Diploma program. The program is designed to prepare graduates to practice with individuals, families, groups, communities, and organizations in rural and urban settings. The successful candidate will teach primarily in the Social Work Diploma program but may also teach across the school of Health and Human Services.
This position will be primarily responsible for:
- Teaching social work diploma courses across the curriculum
- Maintaining office hours and student mentorship/engagement
- Performing field supervision and practicum support
- Engaging with community stakeholders
- Maintaining professional competence and knowledge of subject matter
This position qualifies for the Northern Living Allowance of $1,040.00 per month. This allowance is reviewed annually and is subject to budget approval.
