Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome client and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and make calls to clients to confirm appointments
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Check clients in and out, verify appointment and services
- Process payments.
- Clean and set up stations
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment
