Grand View Manor is a not for profit home known to support our community
through our commitment to quality care and innovative support for both clients
and our interdisciplinary team. In our 142 bed facility, care is provided in an
enriched housing, an assisted living, and a nursing home setting. We are

Position Summary
The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing and developing treatment plans
that will optimize functional mobility of the residents of Grandview Manor. The
Physiotherapist is also responsible for the supervision of the therapeutic mobility
assistant in implementation of mobility programs and/or physiotherapy
treatment.
Responsible for:
- Assessment of residents with physiotherapy related concerns such as
decreased mobility, transfer concerns, range of motion, strength,
balance, or pain control
- Development of individualized treatment plans based on assessment
findings
- Supervision of the implementation of treatment plan by therapeutic
mobility assistant
- Provide treatment services for clients using physiotherapy techniques or
modalities
- Collaboration with team members such as nursing staff, physicians, social
worker and occupational therapist
