CARSTAR TORONTO EASTERN is currently looking for a licensed Autobody Technician to join our team.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Working with Estimator to ensure vehicles are repaired as per estimate and according to manufacturer and safety standards
Inform Estimator of any additional repairs needed
Straighten metal and body filler work to CARSTAR'S quality standards
Replace parts and electrical components
Cooperating and helping colleagues in the repair and prepping of vehicles
Ensure quality inspections of repairs pass
To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
310B Auto Body Repairer license
5+ years of collision repair experience
Valid Ontario G driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to frequently bend, crouch and reach
Ability to handle power tools and lift approximately 50lbs
Ability to weld and willing to learn new welding techniques
Willingness to work in a team environment
