Position: Relief Pharmacist Location: Alberta Employment Type: Flexible Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients in various pharmacy settings
- Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications
- Review prescriptions for accuracy, drug interactions, and appropriateness
- Provide medication counseling to patients, promoting safe and effective use of medications
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and regulations
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
Requirements:
- Licensed pharmacist in Alberta (active and in good standing)
- Availability for flexible scheduling to accommodate relief shifts
- Familiarity with multiple pharmacy systems and software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
