Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager - Full-time Position

Qualifications:
- Alberta Pharmacist License
- Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA) certification or currently pursuing certification
- Injection Certification required
- Additional accreditations are an asset (e.g., CDE, CRE, CTH, etc.)
Resonsibilities:
- Providing superior service and exceeding patient expectations
- Role modeling, coaching, and reinforcing patient service expectations
- Being accountable for the financial objectives and operational success of the pharmacy
- Reviewing budgeted sales, key performance indicators and implementing strategic plans for success
- Ensuring accurate and timely dispensing of medications
- Managing prescription and front store inventory.
- Engaging with patients to strengthen brand loyalty through excellent customer service and strong clinical relationships
- Collaborating with local physicians to grow partnership.
