We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality, trauma informed care as part of an Adult ADHD Assessment and Treatment Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide adult ADHD Diagnostic Assessments
- Make medication recommendations and mental health treatment plans
- Provide follow up care, medication titration, and prescribing
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mental health
- Ability to build rapport with client
- Trauma informed
- Empathy and compassion - our clinics core values
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Lived experience with ADHD an asset
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6-15 per week
Salary: $110.00-$125.00 per hour
