Sonic Milling Systems is seeking Production Supervisors to join our new team and help to produce products at our food and beverage processing facility. We are a burgeoning company currently producing plant-based beverages.
The Production Supervisor will report to the Production Manager. You’ll be responsible for supervising and delegating the work of a team of 3-5 persons. Along with preparing reports and managing the team, you will assist with various tasks, including feeding raw ingredients into machinery, monitoring and operating the machinery and searching for potential malfunctions or risks.

Production Supervisor
Duties:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the production department
- Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency and quality
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement necessary changes
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of production processes, equipment, and materials
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
