Job Description:
- Perform well under pressure, the ability to multitask and have a high attention to detail
- Coordinate with local authorities during the permitting and inspection process
- Research & apply municipal zoning bylaws to projects based on location
- Research & acquire archival drawings and utility site information from municipalities
- Create and modify detailed site plans and architectural working drawings using AutoCAD
- Review drawings for conformity and errors
- Provide detailed feedback to consultants for revisions as required based on drawing review and assessment
- Collaborate with staff members to achieve desired results and meet required deadlines
- Meet all given timelines and report immediately when timelines may be compromised
- Compose an accurate set of working drawings in a timely manner; check own work for errors, omissions, and legibility
- Deal and respond to tight deadlines and high activity periods without loss of quality and accuracy
- Wage is based on experience
