Overview:
To be a key player within the Cement Production Team. Ensure that the equipment is functioning properly, that it is supplied with raw materials and that the quality of the final product meets standards.
Responsibilities:

Conduct inspection rounds to ensure that the equipment is working properly
-
Conduct the chemical analysis of various products
-
Operate equipment, machinery and accessories through process control systems
-
Learn the clinker burning process in rotary kilns
Safety:
-
Serve as a role model in the areas of safety, environmental stewardship, leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement to ensure alignment with the company’s vision and critical success factors.

Ensure safe and efficient operations in the production department
Qualifications:
Education (mandatory):
-
College Degree - Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Mechanical Technology, etc.
Experience and Skills:
-
Experience in the control room of a production facility
-
Good troubleshooting skills when mechanical issues arise
-
Good communication skills
-
Skills in building team spirit
-
Experience in the heavy industry
-
Efficient follow-ups
-
Operational experience in the cement industry (an asset)
