At Marineview Housing Society, we operate multiple 24/7 Mental Health group homes with up to 10 Residents per home. We are looking to hire multiple Mental Health Workers for casual positions to work between all homes, and provide coverage for staff vacations. These positions are unionized with HEU; salary and benefits based upon HEU collective agreement.
Our focus is on Psychosocial Rehabilitation, medication administration and management, and ensuring a safe supportive inclusive home environment.
We are looking for applicants that possess knowledge of mental health, have some educational background in the field, and are/would be available to work a variety of shifts including overnights and weekends. Proof of COVID Vaccinations is required for this position as per Provincial Health Order.
