Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assess and evaluate patient conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Assist with specialized procedures such as dermal fillers, spinal taps, sterile processing, mammography, etc.
- Provide care for patients with special needs, including infants, toddlers, and individuals requiring family planning services.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of {location}.
- Minimum of {number} years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
