Rosno Management and Leasing Ltd., a diversified property management company located in Halifax, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Property Administrator!
As the successful individual, you will bring to the table:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in property management and/or real estate would be considered an asset.
- Experience with lease packages and superintendent communications.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Property Management software
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge with social media platforms.
What you will be doing:
Â· Manage and update tenant leases and maintain account information.
Â· Produce all tenant and superintendent communications.
Â· Reception coverage, incoming phone calls, email, and respond to enquiries.
Â· Maintaining other company records, preparing reports, excel spreadsheets, writing letters, advertising on social media and maintaining the company website.
