Responsibilities:
As a Registered Physiotherapist at Tess Health Clinic, you will:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' conditions
Create customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs
Provide high-quality care to clients in line with their treatment requirements
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our clinic
Qualifications:
Active license in good standing as a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC)

Compensation:
Starting compensation at 60% of billings for new graduates
65% for those with or additional designations (IMS/acupuncture/reformer pilates), with subsequent raises
Sliding scale of compensation rewards higher billings per month with increased percentages
Possibility of having a dedicated Rehab Assistant once a certain patient caseload is achieved
