Compensation:
$50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Help our clients solve technology-related problems so they can work efficiently.

Understand Zoho tools inside and out to help our clients solve the problems they are facing.

Be comfortable on camera as training our clientele on how to use the system is a must.

Root cause analysis of our clients' problems is a must.

Be able to manage support tickets effectively and within the SLA parameters we've set out.

Be able to manage our internal assets and help our clients manage theirs should the need arise.

Become familiar with all of Zoho's support tools so as to provide additional value to our clients when needed.
Qualifications:-
Excellent customer service skills and desire to help the company succeed
- Superb organizational, time management, and communication skills
- At least two years experience in a professional IT work environment
- High school diploma required, associate's degree in computer science or information technology preferred
- Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux computer operating systems
