We are seeking a part time 2-3 days permanent Physiotherapist to work in our care home located in Surrey. You will work in collaboration with our Senior Physiotherapist and interdisciplinary team supporting resident lives. There is opportunity for this to be full time as a job share with another care home in White Rock.
You will be responsible for meeting residents needs by providing initial assessments, consultations, and recommend actions regarding their physical and functional abilities. Assess equipment needs and evaluate exercise programs to be carried out by rehab assistants. Consult with vendors, insurance agencies, and other funding parties, family and care team. Record assessments and treatment interventions in residents chart. You must have your registration in B.C., previous experience in a care home is an asset but not mandatory. Salary is based on the HSCA scale.
