We are looking for someone dynamic and personable to fill our medical receptionist position. The role involves being able to provide professional customer service with a caring, empathic and energetic attitude while assisting in the daily operations of the clinic.
Main duties:

Answering client calls, emails and messages

Handling confidential information in a professional manner

Referring clients to the right clinician depending on their requests

Managing clinicians' schedules
-
Assisting clinicians with their requests
-
Creating invoices and applying payments
-
Managing the clinic´s waiting list

Assisting with daily office tasks or requests from the clinic coordinator or clinic managers
Qualifications:

Fluent in English & French (both spoken and written)

Able to work from home in a quiet and private environment.

Well-spoken and professional

Comfortable working with computers and various applications and operating systems

Ability to multitask

Ability to problem solve

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Gmail and Google Drive

Previous experience in medical administration or customer service is an asset
