We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist to join our healthcare team at Kinetic Physiotherapy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping patients achieve optimal physical health and well-being through evidence-based rehabilitation techniques and personalized care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine patients' physical conditions and needs.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and needs.
- Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and other physiotherapy interventions.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on self-management techniques and exercises.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques and technologies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Physiotherapists
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve their best possible outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients to identify physical impairments, limitations, and pain
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve movement and function
- Provide therapy and exercises to alleviate pain and improve mobility
- Work with patients to set and achieve realistic goals
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Keep accurate records of patient treatment and progress
