About the Role
You will play an essential role in providing project and administrative support for SFU’s BC Centre for Agritech Innovation (BCCAI) by coordinating activities to support the ongoing implementation of BCCAI’s internal and external service offering. The role supports the Centre’s account management processes by coordinating efficient review/ and approval processes for agreements, and maintaining corresponding account documentation. Provides administrative support for scheduling, metric monitoring, and reporting, and supports daily operations.
You bring two years of experience providing administrative support maintaining the schedule of the supervisor, including scheduling and prioritizing appointments. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong track-record of collaboration and bringing people together for successful outcomes. You are a results-oriented and resourceful problem-solver able to ensure tasks move on industry timelines and who is to quickly adapt to rapidly evolving and ambiguous situations. You have excellent time-management skills and can effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
