Mountain Home Decor is searching for the perfect addition to our tight-knit collaborative team. If you've got a love for home interiors & beautiful things and you've been on the hunt for an exciting new opportunity, this is the position for you!
MUST HAVES:
- Previous merchandising and/or retail experience
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail

- Flexibility - willing to work weekends/holidays
- Excellent communication skills; fluent spoken & written English
- Self-starter attitude
WORK DAYS: Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Tuesday (34-38 hours). Hoping to find someone to join our team long term, but seasonal may be an option for the right candidate. A part-time schedule (3-4 days/week) may also be discussed for the right candidate.
*Store hours are: SUN 10am-4pm, MON-SAT 10am-5pm
COMPENSATION: starting range would be between $18-24/hour, based on experience and suitability for the position
DUTIES (include but are not limited to):
- Merchandising store displays
- Assisting customers
- Providing customers with quotes for furniture, home decor, window coverings
- Placing furniture orders for customers
- Receiving and unpacking stock
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Assisting with administrative duties
