Purpose and Scope
Maintenance Technician, maintain, and troubleshoot Injection molding machines
Key Responsibilities
· Troubleshoot, and repair all automated equipment
. Maintain Injection Molding Equipment
· Troubleshoot electrical and Hydraulic on Injection Molding Machines
· Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical equipment
· Complete routine paperwork as required
. PLC Troubleshooting
Skills and Knowledge
· Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience or equivalent required
· Good English communication skills
· Good organizational skills
· Knowledge of crane operation
· Knowledge of lockout procedures
· Ability to drive a forklift
· Proficient in P.L.C., Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Low voltage electrical/electronics
· Ability to read blueprints
· Machine shop experience
· Awareness of all safety policies and procedures
