Job Description

This position is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory.

Achieve sales targets in region
-
Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values achieving KPI’ s.

Work with and develop key and major accounts within the region.

Ensure all data related to clients and all sales activity is managed in CRM
-
Work closely with Marketing to support regional initiatives and lead generation
-
Liaise with the inside sales team and telemarketing team for all initiatives related to their region
-
Provide accurate forecasts and pipelines on a regular basis
-
May be assigned and coordinate special or ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
-
A post secondary education in a Sales or Marketing related field.
-
Previous experience selling in the food sector a strong asset
-
Over 8 years of previous sales experience in a senior level related role.
-
Previous experience as a sales person in the accreditation field / ISO sector is an asset.

Excellent experience in selling “solutions” and / or service type products within a B2B environment at a high level within organizations

Able to work on own and deliver high results
-
Superior organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Must be a self-motivator and self-starter.

A sense of diplomacy and networking skills are essential to build relationships with external clients as well as key internal personnel.

Must be creative, innovative and client-focused.
