Our clinic is seeking an experienced, energetic and compassionate MOA to be able to accommodate to our fast paced GP/Specialist office. We are focused on offering quality and timely care for our patients. Our team includes receptionist, LPN, family physicians and specialists.
Duties and responsibilities of the MOA include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and emails
-Calling patients to book follow ups and new consultations
-Triaging patients and taking vitals (properly screening for COVID)
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Welcoming patients and register (wait in car due to covid)
- Providing administrative support to GP's
- Maintain a clean and neat workspace including waiting area and ensuring the standard is maintained with COVID restrictions in place)
-Fax and check status of referrals
- Maintain inventory of products and treatment tools, ordering when necessary
- Opening and/or closing clinic
- General office duties including filing and photocopying
- Offering support and assistance to doctor and nurse

Skill Requirement:
- Language Requirements: excellent command of the English Language, both verbal and written. Can speak Russian, Ukranian and Arabic is a plus points.
-MOA/Unit Clerk certificate
- Experienced in using healthquest and netcare
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a highly diverse environment
- Exceptionally strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent follow-up and problem solving skills
-Excellent medical terminology.
- At least 50WPM typing
