Office Administrator
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, including both physical and electronic files
- Coordinate and oversee vendor management, including ordering supplies and managing contracts
- Assist with Data entry
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and arranging logistics
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
- Assist with HR tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Support the office team with various administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial tracking is a plus
