We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing and Recruitment Coordinator to support our independent secondary schoolbased in Richmond, BC.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with agencies, agents, and immigration offices to recruit students locally and internationally. They will also be involved in creating marketing material, executing admission campaigns, and social media management. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organization abilities, and a passion for promoting educational opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and expand a network of agencies, agents, and immigration offices to recruit students locally and overseas.
- Build and nurture networks with external organizations, such as educational institutions and community groups, to strengthen recruitment efforts.
- Regularly connect with agents to build and maintain relationships, provide updates, and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Collect the necessary documents and information needed for student admission
- Compile statistical data and prepare reports related to student recruitment and admissions.
- Support recruitment agents in organizing and participating in promotional activities such as education fairs, exhibitions, interview days, and workshops.
- Take the lead on follow-up activities to ensure a high application to enrollment conversion rate, focusing on optimizing student enrollments.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and all other social media application, targeting different demographics.
- Establish and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance student admission and recruitment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in marketing, recruitment, or admissions within the education sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in creating marketing content for various platforms, including social media.
- Familiarity with admissions processes and student counseling in an educational setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Salary: $3,500.00-$4,000.00 per month
