Responsibilities:
Keep up with the constant flow of information from dispatchers and customers.
- Efficient in dispatching drivers for pick ups and deliveries (Toronto - Montreal , Montreal - Toronto)
- Candidate will be responsible for the planning of the drivers to pick up and deliver freight in a timely and efficient manner
- Must have a positive working relationship with the drivers and customers
- Will work as part of a team and also independently
- Collaborate with management
- Able to work in a busy environment and multi-task
- Be efficient and professional at all times
- Ability to take instructions and execute it
- Ensure all units are on schedule for delivery and pick ups
- Plan daily pick up and deliveries efficiently using all assets to their maximum potential
- Communicate with the Drivers continually to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain an accurate and updated pick up and delivery schedule
