Maintaining records & files
Boss (oracle) experience
Shipping, receiving experience
Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
Attention to detail
General office and basic machinery knowledge
Education: A post secondary education in a recognized administration program would be an asset
Experience: 2 + years of previous experience in an administrative role would be an asset.
Proficiency in the use of computer programs:
Successfully pass a criminal background check before first day of employment
Must have and maintain a clean and valid driver’s license.
Must be able to read, understand and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and composition.
