As a Dispatch Team Member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient delivery of our services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage dispatch operations, leveraging advanced computer-based tools and systems.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated team of 12 professionals located across Ontario to meet and exceed client service expectations.
- Employ company-provided state-of-the-art technology, including a laptop and smartphone, to facilitate your work.
- Uphold our unwavering commitment to punctual deliveries and the highest standards of service excellence.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required; candidates will undergo comprehensive basic training and examinations.
- Proficiency in computer skills, with a strong command of relevant software and tools.
- Exceptional ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective coordination.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions (Laptop will have its own internet SIM).
