Key Responsibilities:
As Project Site Manager your main functions will be:
· Planning and organizing labor, equipment hires and materials for the project.
· Key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, and responsible for reporting project status and updates directly to the client.

· Knowledge of health and safety, manual handling, and OSHA regulations.
· Implementing quality control measures.
· Understand the Contract and the Company’s obligations and ensure all requirements are met.
· Ensure all client enquiries, issues and requests are actioned and resolved within appropriate timelines.
· Schedule Communication Meetings to your team to include delivery of H&S information, Company updates and feedback on overall performance.
· Carry out site inspections to continuously monitor health and safety, quality of work and overall productivity.
· Build a positive environment and ensure a collaborative and team focused approach.
· Set daily and weekly targets for installation teams.
· Set up and maintain a continuous improvement process for all quality and H&S requirements.
· Identify and develop growth potential within the project installation teams.
· Interact daily with employee team members to provide mentoring, support and on-the-job training.

The qualifications for this position are:
- A Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree or related Engineering fields.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- 3 or more years of experience in Project Management or Site Management, experience in material handling or automation products is necessary.
- Experience working with both union and non-union labour.
- Able to travel between Canada and the USA.
Nature and Scope:
· The nature of the job involves working closely with the Design team and Senior Project Manager on an ongoing basis with support and assistance from the management team.
The main challenges of the job are:
· Working within tight deadlines to achieve objectives whilst ensuring program/project requirements are met and contracts are delivered to Programme.
