West Springs Medical is a busy Family Practice clinic located in the SW community of Cougar Ridge/West Springs.
We are looking for a full-time medical office assistant to join our collaborative team of staff and physicians. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team. Duties will include booking appointments, messaging between doctors and patients, scanning and filing to a Telus EMR system, secure e-mailing using Pomelo, taking vital signs and rooming patients, sterilizing medical instruments in the autoclave, as well as other duties. 40 hours per week. Experience in a medical office and with an EMR system (we use Telus PS Suite) is a requirement.
