Alliance Diagnostics and Treatments Inc.is a multidisciplinary health care center, specializing in treatments and assessments for clients who have been affected by a motor vehicle accident. We are looking to expand our team of healthcare professionals, and would be happy to hear from you if you are an experienced Registered Occupational Therapist assistant.

Responsibilities and Duties:
As a part of the team, as an Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
· Maintaining accurate therapy notes
· Understanding and implementing the treatment plan set out by the Occupational Therapist
· Establishing a positive working relationship with patients
· Observing and monitoring the patient’s performance and progress
· Providing education and training to patients, family members, and caretakers
· Providing detailed and accurate patient records
· Maintaining patient and personal safety at all times during treatment·
· Responsible for the assessment of clients, establishment and ongoing evaluation and revision of treatment programs, including goals and discharge plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
Be registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
· Ability to work with documentation meticulously
· Ability to work well on a multidisciplinary medical team Demonstrate great interpersonal skills, communication, problem solving and decision making skills
