Job Description
ADGA Group Consultants is currently recruiting a Project Manager who will also provide Procurement Support to join a long standing Defence Program that we have supported for 20+ years.
Tasks will include:

Participate and contribute to the procurement program management in the Program Coordination Office. (PCO)

Manage, monitor, and track progress of procurement files.

Produce status reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.

Track decisions, and documents with regard to procurement issues.

Provide support to project management activities throughout the projects' life cycle. This would include: producing and reviewing project documents and costing required for each project approval phase.

Collate, synthesize and summarize project financial data, and prepare financial documents, using predefined formats and templates.

Plan, recommend, and coordinate project management activities including financial, planning and contracting aspects.

Coordinate project activities including: tracking project progress, preparing presentations and reports, coordination with stakeholders with regards to project activities.

Provide administrative support to the section as required

Perform any other work related to this role.
Qualifications
-
College Diploma or University Degree considered a strong asset in: Engineering Technology, Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Science, Mathematics, or acceptable technical field.

Must be able to demonstrate at least 4 years (48 months) of demonstrated experience in the last 8 years (96 months) with at least 7 of the following tasks:

working as a Project Manager for projects in excess of $1 million per year expenditure.

experience in stakeholder and communications management in a project context.
-
experience in project financial management for projects in excess of $1 million per year expenditure.
-
experience in project schedule management for projects in excess of $1 million per year expenditure.
-
experience in project scope management for projects in excess of $1 million per year expenditure.
-
experience in project risk management for projects in excess of $1 million per year expenditure.
-
drafting correspondence and making recommendations on the acceptance or rejection of deliverables.

Preparing Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs)

Will require a valid Secret level 2 security clearance with PSPC.

Must have a Controlled Goods Assessment done - by ADGA.
