About The Role
- Lead multifaceted responsibilities in team and program leadership, as well as health and safety oversight.
- Model the Wellness Model of Care, inspiring team members to do the same.
- Conduct resident care conferences and facilitate end-of-service planning.
- Provide essential crisis intervention and debriefing for residents, loved ones, and team members.
- Offer adjustment counseling, assess eligibility for financial/material assistance, and collaborate for personalized care plans.
- Skillfully lead support groups, advocate for legislative programs, and revise policies as required.
- Foster vital relationships with residents, team members, and external agencies.
- Manage bed matching and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a private pay waitlist and uphold health and safety standards.
- Contribute to building a culture of health and safety, ensuring secure work practices.
- Play a key role in addressing psychosocial needs, promoting well-being, and creating a supportive environment.
- This three-day-a-week, part-time position reports to the administrator.
Your Work Location - The seaside city of White Rock. Our Evergreen Care community is located on 1550 Oxford Street.
