We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Project Manager to join our team. As a Solar Project Manager, The ideal candidate is a highly effective communicator and has experience working with both clients and internal departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic and development plans in a timely manner, assigning tasks within the project team, organizing meetings, consulting with executives and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project risks and issues, and create contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including senior management and customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar project management.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PMP certification preferred.
